Cancellation policy

Subscription orders are a convenient option to save money and time reordering your favorite Bluebiology products. By purchasing an order using the "Subscribe & Save" options, you will receive FREE shipping and a discounted bottle prices on your order today and future orders. Your card will be billed on the same date monthly. You can cancel at any time.

Customers must contact customer support or submit their subscription changes online to cancel or update their subscription at least 1 business day before the subscription renewal date. Alternatively, you can manage, change or cancel your subscription using our online portal here anytime before your order renews. Changes, updates, or cancellations will go into effect after we've confirmed receipt of your request, typically through email. Please give us at least 1 business day to confirm changes to your subscription and for those changes to go into effect.  Once your subscription order renews, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order. 

Because subscription products are sold at a discounted rate, we do not offer refunds for subscriptions. All discounted item sales are final.
