Refund policy

To begin the process of initiating a return. Please contact support@bluebiology.com. We will respond within 1-2 business days with a simple 3 step return process if your order is eligible. Please see full details below. 

High Grade Supplement Distribution LLC (BlueBiology) offers a 90-Day Money Back Warranty on non-discounted, non-subscription, one-time purchases made through our website only (BlueBiology.com). This Warranty comes into effect on the day your Product is shipped from our fulfillment center and expires ninety (90) days thereafter. You will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred in returning any product. We require that all returns have a tracking number for the shipment. Please call in or email us with the tracking number with your order number so we can issue the refund. Please note that refunded purchases can take between 7-10 business days to appear on your credit card statement.

This return policy is only valid for orders of 12 or fewer bottles purchased during a single 24 hour period and non-discounted items. Each individual customer is entitled to one return annually. Refunds for returns that exceed these terms will be given at the discretion of our support team.

Items purchased at a discounted rate (items purchased with coupon codes, subscription discounts and items purchased during a sale) are not eligible for refunds. If there is a problem with your order on a discounted item, we will evaluate this on a case by case basis. Please contact our customer service at support@bluebiology.com for further assistance with your return.

*If you purchased a BlueBiology product on Amazon.com through our BlueBiology Official Amazon store, please note that all returns and inquiries about these orders must be handled through Amazon's customer support. Products purchased through ebay or other non-official third party vendors are not covered by our return policy or Amazon's. BlueBiology.com and BlueBiology Official on Amazon.com are the only online authorized retailers of BlueBiology products. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
