Shipping policy
Standard & Subscription orders are packaged and processed within 1 business day from our fulfillment center in Memphis, TN. Business days are typically weekdays that do not fall on a federal holiday. If you place your order on Friday afternoon (EST), it may not ship out until Monday. Actual shipping times will depend on the option you chose at checkout (economy, first class, priority, etc) and are an estimate because we have no control over actual mail carrier speed, weather, USPS staffing issues, tracking updates, road conditions etc. Please double check your shipping address before purchasing your item. Errors and typos can delay the shipping process. For Alaska & Hawaii, please allow 10-12 business days for standard shipping and processing. We are only able to sell and ship our products in the United States at this time.

Subscriptions
We are unable to update the shipping address for your order once it has been processed and has a tracking number. Please double check the address on your order upon checkout or prior to your subscription’s automatic renewal.
