CONDITION OF USE

Please note that we may make such changes at our own discretion and without prior announcement. We must, therefore, ask you, next time you visit this website, to view the conditions again and to note any changes or amendments that may have been made.
DISCOUNT POLICY
HGSD discounts and coupons cannot be combined with other offers and are limited to one per order. All discounted items and sales are final but if there is an issue with an order, please feel free to contact us and we will examine refunds on a case by case basis.
RETURN POLICY
To begin the process of initiating a return. Please contact support@bluebiology.com. We will respond within 1-2 business days with a simple 3 step return process if your order is eligible. Please see full details below.
High Grade Supplement Dist (BlueBiology) offers a 90-Day Money Back Warranty on non-discounted, non-subscription, one-time purchases made through our website only (BlueBiology.com). This Warranty comes into effect on the day your Product is shipped from our fulfillment center and expires ninety (90) days thereafter. You will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred in returning any product. We require that all returns have a tracking number for the shipment. Please call in or email us with the tracking number with your order number so we can issue the refund. Please note that refunded purchases can take between 7-10 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
This return policy is only valid for orders of 12 or fewer bottles purchased during a single 24 hour period and non-discounted items. Each individual customer is entitled to one return annually. Refunds for returns that exceed these terms will be given at the discretion of our support team.
Items purchased at a discounted rate (items purchased with coupon codes, subscription discounts and items purchased during a sale) are not eligible for refunds. If there is a problem with your order on a discounted item, we will evaluate this on a case by case basis. Please contact our customer service at support@bluebiology.com for further assistance with your return.
*If you purchased a BlueBiology product on Amazon.com through our BlueBiology Official Amazon store, please note that all returns and inquiries about these orders must be handled through Amazon's customer support. Products purchased through ebay or other non-official third party vendors are not covered by our return policy or Amazon's. BlueBiology.com and BlueBiology Official on Amazon.com are the only online authorized retailers of BlueBiology products.
SUBSCRIPTION POLICY & TERMS
Subscription orders are a convenient option to save money and time reordering your favorite Bluebiology products. By purchasing an order using the "Subscribe & Save" option, you will receive 10% off + FREE shipping on your order today and future orders. By default, your selected products will be delivered every month (every 30 days). Your card will be billed on the same date monthly. You can cancel at any time.
We periodically offer additional discounts on the customer's first subscription purchase, but each subsequent subscription order will be 10% OFF with free shipping.
If you would like to change the frequency with which your subscription sends out your selected products, contact us here, manage your subscription online here or email support@bluebiology.com.
Customers must contact customer support or submit their subscription changes online to cancel or update their subscription at least 1 business day before the subscription renewal date. Alternatively, you can manage, change or cancel your subscription using our online portal here anytime before your order renews. Changes, updates, or cancellations will go into effect after we've confirmed receipt of your request, typically through email. Please give us at least 1 business day to confirm changes to your subscription and for those changes to go into effect. Once your subscription order renews, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order.
Because subscription products are sold at a discounted rate, we do not offer refunds for subscriptions. All discounted item sales are final.
By accepting this discount using our subscription service, you are accepting the terms outlined in our subscription policy.

This product is a copyright of BlueBiology and is only eligible for resale in physical storefronts by parties other than BlueBiology.
This product is not eligible for resale online. This term is applicable to all BlueBiology Customers by default. By purchasing BlueBiology products through BlueBiology.com or BlueBiology's Official Amazon listing, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Note- If we find that our product is being purchased by your account and resold at any online store, we reserve the right to disable your account without warning. If your account is disabled due to abusing the privileges you are not guaranteed a refund for breaking the rules set forth.
