How to Update Your Subscription Payment

Click the Profile icon on the right-hand corner of BlueBiology.com or go to https://bluebiology.com/account/. For mobile -- click on the menu, scroll to the bottom and click "Login".

Log into your BlueBiology Account. If it is your first time click "Create an account" and use the same email address you use to get notifications about your order. Follow the prompts to sign up here.

Click the link that says "Click Here to Manage Your Subscription".

Click "Payment Information"

Click the box that says "Change Payment Information"

You will see this message after clicking the button. Proceed to step 7.

An email will be sent to your email address on file. It can take a few minutes to arrive. Be sure to check the spam and/or promotions folder if you don't see it in your main inbox. Click the orange button that says "View payment information".

Type in your card information and click "Update" at the bottom of the page.
