Incorporating Marine Collagen Powder Into Your Diet

Let’s not forget about hair loss. Did you know at about age 30, 30% of people will have some visible hair loss and by age 60, 60% of people will have some visible hair loss? This too is related to the loss of collagen due to the aging process--loss of collagen causes hair follicles to shrink, in turn causing hair loss.

The aging process can leave us feeling unhealthy and lower our self-esteem. While we can’t stop the aging process entirely, there are some ways that we can fight back against it. And by doing so, we can feel healthier and look better.

Keeping up with hair, nail, skin, and joint health can be extremely time-consuming, expensive, and sometimes even stressful. By incorporating marine collagen into your diet and working it into a few tasteful recipes, you can take control of your hair, nail, and skin health and mitigate the appearance of aging.*
